Three bedroom, two bath house with an Ocean View
Be at home at the beach. We offer a three bedroom, two bath home that sleeps 10 with an open concept living room and kitchen. Relax on the front deck and stare at the ocean. Enjoy the bench swing below. The beach is only a two minute walk away or you can drive you vehicle and park right on the beach.

WHAT WE PROVIDE
Fully equipped kitchen including oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, blender, toaster, crock pot, cooking and eating utensils, dish soap, trash bags
Bed Linens, Bath Towels, Soap and Shampoo, laundry detergent, toilet paper
Mops, Brooms, and Cleaning Supplies (Lysol/Windex/Clorox etc.)
Trash pickup is on Monday and Wednesday. All trash must be bagged before placing in the trash bin.

MUST BE 25 OR OLDER TO RENT.
CAMPERS AND TRAILERS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
CRYSTAL BEACH REQUIRES THAT ANY CARS THAT DRIVE ON THE BEACH HAVE A VISIBLE PARKING PERMIT.
--$10 Bolivar Beach Parking pass available at any local store and is valid for the whole year.
